We’ve recently invested in two new machines that will help us to better meet our customer’s tubing needs by increasing capacity and efficiency.
Our new state-of-the-art CS1-E Burr-Free Electrochemical Cutoff Machine from Tridex Technologies/Glebar supplements our existing technology and will increase our in-house capacity for burr-free cutting of our stainless steel tubes. This additional capability will also simplify our customers’ supply chains.
Our new end-trimming saw gives us bundle-cutting capability, which means a huge boost in efficiency. With the Pace® Technologies MEGA-T350A Abrasive Cutter, we’ve gone from cutting 5-10 pieces at once to cutting 50-80 pieces at once. We provide square-cut open ends (vs. snipped ends) so our tubing is Swiss-machine ready.
